Layout of "The Base" Webpage

Maybe we can buy a template for setting up our webpage, easy to handle and cheap (around 200$)

For example: www.templatemonster.com

Also I think we should get a Html page and pls no Flash.
What do you think?

I propose using a Joomla Template - as suggested - they are relatively cheap, very easy to maintain and host and can grow to suit the needs of the site as more information or pages are added.

Once the initial setup is done the basic design can be modified and updated quickly and easily.

It is also easy to pass on if the administrator or "web designer" should change

Multiple language sites are slightly more complex - but relatively straight forward to introduce once the initial site is setup in a single language
